THE ROLE OF A DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER
- Oversee and develop the digital marketing team, providing performance reviews, feedback, training, and coaching to support individual growth.
- Allocate and organise work by assessing team capabilities for efficient distribution.
- Ensure high-quality output from the team through quality checks and constructive feedback.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, maintaining strong relationships and delivering results.
- Stay up to date with trends in digital marketing and implement new processes and best practices.
- Support business development through proposals and pitches, demonstrating the value and quality of the company’s services.
REQUIREMENTS OF A DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER
- Minimum of 4 years of SEO experience.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.
- Project Management.
- Marketing Strategy.
- Minimum of 1 year of people management experience.
