Introduction
We are looking for a Sales Consultant to join a family-run, high-end retail company based in Norwich, NR2. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience (within a retail experience), an ability to deliver personalised customer care face-to-face, and a keenness to work with high-end products.
You will be working within a small team to deliver high standards of customer satisfaction and product knowledge to drive sales within the store.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Provide product knowledge to customers
- Maintain a clean and organised sales floor
- Process transactions accurately using the till system
- Upsell products to increase sales
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
Requirements
- A hard worker, a positive attitude, and enthusiasm to learn are essential qualities for this role.
- Previous experience in retail sales
- Strong organisational skills to manage inventory and keep the store presentable
- Strong communication skills
Details
- £26,000 per annum
- Monday – Saturday (One weekday off, if working on Saturday)
- 20 days holiday (plus bank holidays)
